The
unanimous Belief of Muslim world is that Prophet Muhammad (صلى الله عليه وسلم) is the Last and Final Messenger/Prophet
of Allah. In other words Prophet-hood has ended with Prophet Muhammad (صلى الله عليه وسلم) and those who do not believe in it
are ventured out of the bounds of Islam.

Imam
Ibn Munzur [Born: 630 AH] and Allama Ismail bin Hammad al Juhri [Born: 332 AH],
the reason why we have mentioned the birth dates of both these Imams is to
make it clear that these Lexicographers wrote their works long before the
Fitnah of Qadiyanism had even emerged. So It is clear that Muslim Ummah was and
is still unanimous on the viewpoint that Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon
him) is the last Prophet and any claim of Prophothood after him is falsehood
and trait of Dajjal/Kadhaab
Imam Ibn Munzur
(rah) writes in Lisan ul Arab:

Qaasim Nanotvi (d.1879 CE) did not acknowledge The Prophet (صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ
وَسَلَّم), to be the last of the
Prophets.
Mu-hammed Qaasim Nanotvi forefather akabir
of Deoband School (established in 1867 CE) wrote:
Tahzeerun Nas (Warning/condemnation of People):
Tadhir al naas was
compiled in 1290 AH (1874 CE) and was first published from
Barelly by Mawlana Hasan Nanotvee
In
1291 AH Mufti Hafiz Baksh Badyuni wrote a refutation to tadhir al nass with the name”Tanbihul jihaal bi
ahlaamil basasatul mutaal”.
In
the same year Mawlana Faseeuddin badayuni also wrote a refutation to tadhir al nass, under the name “Qawlul Faseeh”.
Mawlana Abdul hai lucknowi in his book “abtaal aghlaath qasmiyah” declared kufr on Mawlana Qasim Nanotvee ( Mutaliye
Barelwiyat, Vol 3 , p 300 , by Khalid deobandi)
Note: Initially Mawlana Abdul hay supported tadhir
al nass , as written by mawlana Thanvee .
Later
he changed his view and condemned tadhir al nass
Ashraf Ali Thanwi writes:
“When Mawlānā Nanotwi wrote Tahzeerun Naas, nobody in the whole
of India supported him, except Mawlānā Abdul Hay.” (Al ifadatul yaumiya)
Quote:
"To interpret
"Khaatim-un-Nabiyyeen" as the "last Prophet" is a
misconception in the minds of the general public. This meaning is not correct
in the eyes of the learned”
Nanotvi goes
on to write: "Even if a Prophet were to be
born after the holy Prophet (Sallal Laahu Alaihi Wasallam), the finality
of the holy Prophet (Sallal Laahu Alaihi Wasallam) will not be affected in
any way".
Qasim Nanotvi said:

era of the Holy Prophet or after the Holy Prophet, it would not have an effect
on the finality of our the Holy Prophet.”

Qasim Nanotvi said: "Prophets are superior to their followers only
in knowledge, but in good deeds, followers sometimes seem equal and
occasionally even become superior to them."
Ref: Qasim Nanotvi, Book
'Tahzeerannas, page 5, published in Maktaba Fayz Nazd Jami Masjid, Deoband and
also published from Kutub Khana Qasimi, Deoband publication.
Nanotvi wrote that in his view the
door to Prophethood remains open even after the demise of the holy Prophet
(Sallal Laahu Alaihi Wasallam) and it is possible for a new Prophet to be born.
Nanotvi,
has accepted it as a possibility that a new
Prophet may be born after the holy Prophet
(Sallal Laahu Alaihi Wasallam)
The present-day Deobandi-Wahhabiyyah do call the Qadianis to be polytheists, but they forget and call their own akabir Nanotvi Sahib to
be Mu'min despite having similar beliefs to the Qadianis.
Deobandis should carefully go through the fatwa contained on Pages 7 and 8 of Vol. 1, of Fataawa Daarul Uloom,
Deoband:
"Question: Can anyone who
regards Mirza Ghulam Ahmad of Qadian to be a Musalmaan after becoming aware of the fact that he
himself claimed to be a Maseeh and a Mahdi, and yet remains a Musalmaan?
Answer: (Fataawa of the Daarul Uloom, Deoband):
The reprehensible beliefs of Mirza of
Qadian are such that knowing the facts no person can call him a Musalmaan. But
it is possible for him who has no knowledge of his reprehensible beliefs or who
interprets them in some other way and he does not call him a polytheist.
However, having gained knowledge of
his pernicious beliefs, the said Mirza must be called a polytheist.
He, and those following him who holds
the same beliefs as he, must not be called Musalmaan.
He was not a Musalmaan, as is
evidenced by his books.
Regarding a person who does not call
him a polytheist, he should also not be called a polytheist, because in matter
of interoperation it is better that the verdict of polytheism should not be
passed".
Azeez-ur-Rahmaan, Mufti, Daarul
Uloom, Deoband.
Ashraf Ali Thanvi says:
"Great caution should be taken in declaring
somebody a polytheist. What harm would it do if we do not call such a person (a
polytheist) a polytheist?" *
---
* For the information to the readers it is submitted that making a distinction between infidelity and Islam is one of the essentials of Deen. You may not call an infidel as an infidel all your life but when the infidelity of the infidel becomes apparent this it is absolutely necessary to regard him as an infidel and to call him by this appellation. Therefore, this is also the Fatwa of the ulama of Deoband: "He who does not call an infidel as infidel is himself an infidel".
---
Furthermore, he says: "Thus, if the polytheists are infect polytheists and we do not call them as such would we be held to account on the Day of Judgement? Or if we call polytheists as polytheists, then what good can accrue on account of it?" (Kamaalaat-i-Ashrafiyah, Page 347 and 348.)

Look at another fatwa:
"To be insolent to the Prophets (Alaihis
Salaatu-was-Salaam) is, of course, polytheism, but he does not become a
polytheist if he interprets it to mean something else".
(Imdaad-ul-Fataawa, Page 126, Vol. 4.)
The founder of the Daarul Uloom,
Qaasim Nanotvi, has not recognised the meaning of "Khaatim-un-Nabiyyeen"
to be the "Final Prophet" and has
held it possible for another prophet to be born after the Holy
Prophet (Sallal Laahu Alaihi Wasallam).
And the Muftis of this very Daarul
Uloom have given the fatwa that a
polytheist should not be called a polytheist for if explained it
does not remain polytheism, that it is better not to
call a polytheist as a polytheist, and that there is no harm in not
calling a polytheist as a polytheist.
Ashraf Ali Thanvi
says: "In important matters of Deen an
interpretation (Ta'weel) is no defence of polytheism." (Al
Ifaazaatul Yaumiyah, Vol. 7, Page 60.)
The same Thanvi says: "If
somebody has in him even one thing of infidelity, then he is an infidel in the
eyes of all". (Al Ifaazaatul Yaumiyah, Vol. 7, Page 234.)
Also see this:
"Talking about Qadianis, a
Maulvi Sahib asked Hazrat-e-Waala (Thanvi Sahib) to give religious
verdict on such Musalmaans who do not subscribe to the view that the Qadianis
are polytheists.
And Thanvi said! 'There are
two situations in which the Qadianis cannot be declared polytheists.
One of them is that they declare that
they (the Qadianis) do not believe in what they are said to believe in and, thus, declared
polytheists.
The other situation is that they hold
these beliefs but still they are not polytheists.
Now he who thinks like this is also a
polytheist. He may not call polytheism as polytheism, but under judicial laws (Ahkaam-i-Qaza) he is a polytheist. But only Allah knows what he is
under the laws of honesty (Ahkaam-i-Diyaanat). It may be that he has
some unknown reason in his mind." (Al'lfaazaat-ul-Yaumiyah,
Vol. 6, Page 318.)
In the above mentioned
writing of Thanvi the preachers of Deobandism should deeply ponder over the
difference between judicial laws and laws of honesty, and also
reply to us.
The compiler of the Fatawaa of Daarul
Uloom, Deoband,
Janab Mufti Muhammad Shafee Sahib,
writes; "The holy Prophet (Sallal Laahu Alaihi Wasallam) has informed us that he
(Sallal Laahu Alaihi Wasallam) is the one with whom the chain of
Prophets will end and there can be no Prophet after him. And the
information has been given to us by Almighty Allah that he (Sallal Laahu
Alaihi Wasallam) is the one who concludes the chain of Prophets. And the
ummah is unanimous on this that this saying is based on its obvious meaning and
that understanding which comes to us through its obvious meaning also means the
same thing without any interpretation or particularisation. Thus, there is
no doubt about the polytheism of those who deny it, and this is the final and
unanimous belief."
( Khatam-un-Nubuwwat Fil-Aasaar, Page 8.)
( Khatam-un-Nubuwwat Fil-Aasaar, Page 8.)
The same Mufti Sahib
on page 21 of his Hadiyatul-Mahdiyeen, says:
"Of course it is the unanimous
and final verdict of Arabic lexicon that the Khaatam-un-Nabiyyeen
occurring in the Qur'aanic verse only means "Last Prophet" and
nothing but this ... The Muslim Ummah is unanimous on this meaning. So that
he who goes against this unanimity (on the agreed meaning of
"Khaatam-un-Nabiyyeen") is a polytheist, and if he persists with
this (i.e. on-going against the unanimous verdict) he should be put to
the sword."
After the fatwa of Mufti
Muhammad Shafee Sahib, please also note the following Fatwa by Janab
Muhammad Idrees Kandhalvi Deobandi.
In his book, Miskl-ul-Khitaam,
he writes; "To deny that the holy Prophet
(Sallal Laahu Alaihi Wasallam) is the last Prophet is to deny the fundamental
of Deen. And it is obvious that denial of the fundamental of Deen is
out-and-out polytheism". Page 29
The brother of Abul
Kalaam A'zad (Deobandi) had praised Mirza Ghulam Ahmad Qadiani. For this, see Hayaat-i-Tayyibah, written by Abdul Qaadir, Saudagar Mal, and page 369.
Also know that the nikaah
of Mirza Ghulam Ahmad Qadiani was
performed by a famous Wahhabi aalim, Nazeer Husain Muhaddis Dehlvi.
(Hayaat-i-Tayyibah, Page 76)
A renowned stalwart spiritual leader of the Deobandis,
Abdul Qaadir Raipuri, believing in the false inspirations coming to the
Dajjaal and liar and polytheist and apostate, Mirza
Ghulam Ahmad Qadiani, requested him for
instructions and guidance and said
his prayers behind the Qadiani polytheist and apostate Imam.
Abul Hasan Ali Nadvi,
on page 55 of his book, Sawaanih
Maulana Abdul Qaadir Raipuri,
says:
"In those days Mirza Ghulam
Ahmad Qadiani's claim and invitations were much talked about, specially in the
Punjab, where few Musalmaan localities were free of such talks and discussions
would continue. Near the home-town (Dhudiyan) of Hazrat (Abdul Qaadir Raipuri)
is a place called 'Bhera'.
An aalim there, who was also a
student of the family elders of the Hazrat (Raipuri), Hakeem Noorud-deen (Qadiani), was a
close devotee and assistant of Mirza Sahib (Qadiani) and had permanently settled in Qadian to be of help to him (Mirza
Qadiani) in achieving success for him and for the sake of his companionship.
There was much talk in his circle of
devotees and in his sphere of influence of the claim of Mirza Sahib to be a person favoured by Allah and
for his being blessed with acceptance of his supplication.
The Hazrat (Raipuri) had read it
somewhere in Mirza Sahib's (Qadiani's) writings that Allah had inspired in him
the saying, Ajeebu kulla duaa'ika illaf shurakaa'ika (I will grant all your
supplications except those made for your partners), So The Hazrat (Raipuri) in a letter to Mirza Sahib (Qadiani) from
'Afzal Grah' referred to this very inspiration and promise and requested him
that since he had no partnership with him (Qadiani) he should make supplication
so that he may be given guidance and his breast be opened up.
A letter from there written by one
Maulvi Abdul Kareem Sahib informed him (Raipuri) that his letter had been
received and much supplication had been made for him. So, he should keep
reminding about it occasionally. The Hazrat (Raipuri) used to say that in those
days a post card cost one Pisa and so he would occasionally post a card to Mirza Qadiani by way of a reminder for supplicating
on his behalf."
More about the special disciple of
Janab Shah Abdur Raheem Raipuri, Janab Abdul Qaadir Raipuri (whose real name was Ghulam Jeelaani). On page 62 of his book,
Abul Hasan Nadvi Sahib writes:
"Giving an account of the
meetings held by Hakeem Sahib (Noorud-deen
Qadiani), he (Abdul Qaadir Raipuri) said: 'I used to watch him (Hakeem
Sahib) recite every now and then the Qur'aanic verse La ilaaha illa anta
Subhaanaka inni kuntu minaz zaalimeen with such compassion that one felt drawn
towards it.
Then, I would think how a person
possessing such ecstasy and nearness to Allah can be so ignoramus?
But at the same time I would think in
my heart that if Allah is most compassionate and most merciful, and He is
undoubtedly so, He cannot leave him in such ignominy".
During this journey, he also met Mirza Sahib (Qadiani), and he
(Abdul Qaadir Raipuri) used to say
that he would sometimes say his prayers behind him (Mirza Qadian) and sometimes separately."

Tahdhir al nas (“Tahzeerun
Naas”) and Qasim Nanotvi
wrote a book named “Tahzeerun Naas”
in which he wrote:
“ The common folk, the general
populace thinks that the meaning of the saying
‘RasulAllah (s) is the Seal’ means
that his time is after the time of the earlier prophets and that he is the last
of all the prophets.
However, people of discerning know
that there is no speciality in being earlier or later.
Suppose if there is a prophet born ever
after the time of RasulAllah sallallahu
alayhi wa sallam, there shall be no difference in his being the Seal.
So it wouldn’t make any difference if
there is a prophet in his own time on a different planet, or even on this very
planet”
In a letter to Maulana Muhammad Fazil, Maulana Muhammad Qasim Nanotwi wrote:
“The
meaning of Khatam al-Nabiyyin according to those who look at literal
meanings is that the time of the Prophethood of Muhammad is after the time of
the Prophethood of all other Prophets and that no other Prophet can come
afterwards. However, you know that this is something in which there is neither
praise nor any harm.
Please keep in mind the above claim while reading
these narrations
Regarding grave of Mawlana Qasim Nanotvi
“ It is the kashf of Mawlana
Rafeeudden sahib mujaddidi naqshbandi, fomer Incharge of Darul uloom deoband
that the grave of Mawlana Qasim nanotvee, founder Darul Uloom Deoband, is within
the grave of some prophet ( nabee). ( Mubasshirat, page
36,published by Darul uloom deoband)
Sawaneh Qasimi is a book written by one of the famous scholar of
Deoband, Mawlana Munazir Hasan Gilani. It is a Biography of Mawlana Qasim
Nanotvee. It is published by Darul uloom deoband.
It says
“One day mawlana Qasim nanotvee said
to his spiritual guide ( murshid) Haji Imdadullah “whenever I sit with prayer
beads(Rosary) I feel great difficulty. I feel as if someone has placed heavy
stones of 100 tonnes on my heart and tongue and everthing freezes”
To this Haji Sahab ( Shaykh Imdadullah)
replied:
” it is a blessing of Nabuwwat
similar to which prophet( sal allahu alaihi wa sallam) used to feel while he
used to get revelation ( wahi), Allah has chosen you for that work which is
done by prophets”
(Sawaneh Qasimi , vol 1, page 259)
The Exact Urdu wordings are:
“yeh nabuwwat ka aapke qalb per
faizan hota hai aur yeh wah siql hai jo huzoor sal allahu alaihi wasallam ko
wahi ki waqt mauhsoos hota tha ,tum se haq taala ko wah kaam lena hai jo
nabiyon se liya jata hai”
Arawahe Salasa is a book which deals with narrations and incidence
of famous Deobandi scholars.
It was written by Ameer
shah Khan and Mawlana Zaheer hasan kasuri.
Asharaf ali thanvi wrote Hashiya (commentary) of it.
It is one of the famous book of ‘Hakayat”
and teachings among Deobandis.
It is easily available. It is also called: ‘
shahan dehli, aslafe deoband and Hakayate awliya.
It states:
“Hazrat Gangohi ( Rashid ahmed) asked his student Mawlana Mohammed Yahya sahib Kandhalvee to look for some ruling in the book Shami . Mawlana Yahya replied that the particular ruling is not present in the book”.
“Hazrat Gangohi ( Rashid ahmed) asked his student Mawlana Mohammed Yahya sahib Kandhalvee to look for some ruling in the book Shami . Mawlana Yahya replied that the particular ruling is not present in the book”.
Hazrat Ganho said how can this be
possible? Bring the book to me. The book was brought infront of Hazrat (Rashid
Ahmed gangohi).
At that time hazrat ( Rashid ahmed)
had already lost his eye sight.
He took the book and turned two-third
of the pages to the right and one third to the left and opened a page and said
” look on the bottom side of left page” .
It was found that the ruling was very
much present there. Everyone was amazed.
Hazrat ( Rashid ahmed ) said: “Allah
has promised me that he will not let anything wrong come come out of my tongue”
(Arwahe Thalasa, page 292)
But this is not the end.
Look at what Mawlana
Asharf ali thanvi wrote in
commentary to this incidence:
“It can be an incidence of
coincidence (that the exact page got opened) but this is not the case. It was
the kashf of mawlana , otherwise he ( Mawlana Rashid Ahmed) would not have said
this with so much emphasis that” look at that place”.
Do we still remember?
“to have this belief that prophet had
the knowledge of the unseen is clear shirk”
( Fatwa Rashidia, by Mawlana Rashid Ahmed Gangohi)
( Fatwa Rashidia, by Mawlana Rashid Ahmed Gangohi)
Here is another interesting incidence
“One day Hazrat (Rashid Ahmed)
Gangohi was in high spirits (josh) and the topic was regarding “tasawware
shaykh”. He said: “should I speak”?
People said:” yes, please”.
Hazrat (Rashid ahmed) again said: “should I speak”?
Hazrat (Rashid ahmed) again said: “should I speak”?
People again said: “yes, please”.
He again said: “should I speak”?
He again said: “should I speak”?
People said: “yes, please”!
Then hazrat (Rashid Ahmed) said: “ for
three continuous years face of hazrat Imdadullah has remained
in my heart ( qalb) and I have not done anything without taking his
permission”.
Then Hazrat (Rashid Ahmed) got more
excited and said:” should I speak”.
People said: “please, do”!
He (Rashid Ahmed) said: “ for so
many years prophet (sal allahu alaihi wa sallam) remained in my heart
and I did not do anything without taking permission from prophet”. (Foot
note: I do not remember how many years was said by Khan sahib).
After saying this Hazrat got more
excited and said: “should I speak?”
People said: “please, do”.
But he remained silent. When people
requested him he said: “just leave it.”
(Arwahe Salasa, page 292)
It is well understood that what Mawlana Rashid Ahmed wanted to say further!
What is to be noted
that Mawlana Rashid Ahmed said for so many years prophet has remained in his heart.
He did not say:
‘Noor’ of
Prophet or ‘face’ of Prophet!
But prophet himself!
Was the blessed grave of prophet empty during those
years?
So what will happen to that argument given
by Asharf ali thanvi in which he said:
‘ if Mawlid gathering are conducted
at many places simultaneously, then how will prophet decide where to go and
where not to’? (Fatwa Imdadiya, vol
4, page 58)
Another famous well-wisher and
supporter of Deobandi thinking was Mawlana Aashiq ilahi meerathi who wrote ‘Tazkiraturrasheed”
which is a biography of Mawlana Rashid Ahmed Gangohi in 2 volumes. It was
published by Deoband.
Mawlana Aashiq Ilahi writes that many
a times he has heard that Mawlana Rashid ahmed gangohi said this
“Listen.! Truth is what comes out of the mouth of Rahsid Ahmed and I testify that I am nothing but in this era guidance and salvation ( hidayat wa najaat) is only through following me ( ittiba).
“Listen.! Truth is what comes out of the mouth of Rahsid Ahmed and I testify that I am nothing but in this era guidance and salvation ( hidayat wa najaat) is only through following me ( ittiba).
( Tazkiraturrashid, vol 2, safa 17)
Here is another interesting incidence.
Mawlana Aashiq Ilahi merathi narrates
this dream from Munshi Ameer Ahmed of Agra.
Please read this incidence and try to recall the hadith
of Thuwayba in Sahih Bukhari who was a freed slave by Abu Lahab.
“There was a shia from (the town of )
Gangoh. He died and I saw him in dream and caught hold of his thumbs. He was
terrified and asked me what do I want?
I asked him how was he condition
after death?
He replied that he is in severe
torment and during his illness( when he was alive) Mawlana Rashid Ahmed went to
see him and those places of his body where Mawlana has touched is safe from
torture.
All other parts are under torture.
After that I got up from my sleep” ( Tazkiraturrashid,volume 2,page 324)
A similar incidence is mentioned in the same book.
“There was a servant of Mawlana
Ismail. When he died ,someone saw him in dream. His full body was burning on
fire except his palms. The man ( who saw this dream) asked him , how he was
doing? He replied that he was being punished for his bad deeds and his whole
body is under fire except his both the palm as he used these palms to touch the
feet of Mawlana ( Ismail) and it was said:” We feel ashamed of burning those
palms” .

Pir Syed Meher Ali Shah Gilani (ra) (d.1937)
Hazrat
Pir Meher Ali Shah’s (ra) fight against Qadianism
“
Khatm-e-Nabuwwat” (Finality of Prophet-hood)
The
background to Hazrat’s entry into the struggle against Qadianism is that during
his visit to the Hijaz for Hajj in 1890 AD (1307 A.H.), the chaste
atmosphere of the Holy Land had touched him so deeply that he had thought of
permanently settling down there. However, Haji Imdad-ullah Muhajir of Makkah
had advised him to return home in the following words:
“In
the near future, a dangerous and evil movement is likely to raise its head in
India, and you are destined to play a key role in combating it. Even if you do
nothing actively against this movement, your mere presence in the country would
help shield the country’s ulama against its pernicious effects”. The truth of
these words was proved barely a year later, i.e., in 1891, when Mirza of Qadian announced his (initial) claim to be the
Promised Massiah (Jesus Christ) - an announcement that was to culminate about
ten years later in his claim to be a full-fledged prophet of God in his own
right.
Two
spiritual visions experienced by Hazrat around this time also deserve a mention
in this context. According to one of these, quoted in Malfuzat-e-Mihriya, the
Holy Prophet (P.B.U.H) had appeared to Hazrat (R.A) in a dream and had
commanded him to effectively refute Mirza of Qadian, who
was “tearing to pieces his (i.e., the Prophet’s) ahadith through distortion
and misinterpretation”.
According
to the other vision, which is described in a manuscript in Hazrat’s own
handwriting discovered later in his personal papers, and which occurred when
Mirza challenged Hazrat to an open debate in 1900A.D, Hazrat had seen
himself seated in a most respectful posture before the Holy Prophet (P.B.U.H) in
his prayer cell, in the manner of a disciple sitting before his Shaikh
(spiritual guide), while Mirza of Qadian was sitting a good distance away with
his back turned to the Holy Prophet (P.B.U.H).
Hazrat
construed this as a clear indication of Mirza’s defiance of the Prophet’s
teachings, and this prompted him to accept Mirza’s challenge for a debate in
Lahore. In Hazrat’s celebrated book Saif-e-Chishtiyai (The Chishtia Sword),
which Hazrat wrote later in refutation of Qadianism, he has also described a dream
which he had seen in his youth, and according to which he had successfully
repulsed a sword attack by the one-eyed Dajjal
(Antichrist) in three consecutive thrusts. This dream, too, he
interpreted as symbolically forecasting his victorious fight against the
heretical Qadyani creed later in his life.

Interview
of Allama Khadim Hussain Rizvi (ra)
November
22, 2017
The
parliament of Pakistan passed new election reforms bill where they made
amendments so that the Qadiyanies followers of the impostor Mirza Ghulam
Ahmed of Qadiyan, already declared non-Muslims in 1973 constitution of Pakistan, can
vote and contest elections as Muslims.
There was 12 hour protest by Allama Khadim Hussain Rizvi on Mall of Lahore to take the amendments back.
There was 12 hour protest by Allama Khadim Hussain Rizvi on Mall of Lahore to take the amendments back.
First
the government of Pakistan refused there was any changes to Khatame Nabuwwah
clause.
Later
when there were major outcry and Army ISPR showed concerns, the amendments were
taken back.
Allama
Khadim Hussain Rizvi
organized a long march on 6th Nov 2017 from Lahore to Islamabad,
demanding that the federal law minister Zaid Hamid should resign for
this neglect.
Despite
large presence of people government showed no intentions to hear the demands
and the long march got converted to sit-in at Faizabad, one of around 100 entry
points to Islamabad. Meanwhile government closed major roads with containers to
stop long march from entering D-Chowk.
Here
is an interview of Allama Khadim Hussain Rizvi with Faheem Farani, taken
sometime around 20th Sep 2017.
Here
goes the transcript:
Q.
We have the Ameer (Chairman) Tehreek Labaik Ya Rasool Allah with us. Let us
include him in this talk. Aslam O Alaikum Rizvi Sahib
Wa Alaikum us Salam
Q.
Thank you for joining us Allama Sahib. You are present here (Faizabad,
Islamabad sit-in) for last two weeks. Islamabad High Court (IHC) also agreed
with your demands completely. Many of your demands have been accepted. Now the
matter is stuck on the resignation of a minister (Federal law minister Zaid
Hamid). It is reported that you are showing no flexibility on this point though
many of your demands have been accepted. Kindly elaborate your view point.
Bismillah Hirra hma Nirrahim, Aslato Wassalmo Alaika Ya Rasool
Allah, Wa Ala Alika wa Ashabika Ya Khatamun Nabiyin, Many
thanks Sir, May Almighty keep you happy. The point is our basic demand is the
immediate resignation of law minister Zaid Hamid, we never talked about any
other demand. Since we left Lahore we have been saying that our basic demand is
resignation. Only after that we would talk about something else. I don’t know
what are the accepted demands and what are the unaccepted ones. The man who is
culprit of this robbery, or if he is innocent then he should name who else is
responsible. It is same like a thief is caught red handed and then he says
sorry. Tell me can he be forgiven for merely saying sorry? Then we have their
(government) announcements of two days earlier, declaring, “There is absolutely
no change (to finality of prophet-hood clauses) Only these molvies do not
understand English”. Then when they accepted, said, “Yes we have had a
mistake”. Then they said, “Clerics made this mistake”. Then said, “No this is
the mistake of whole parliament”. This thing and that thing.
OK, if they had made no mistake then what corrections have they
made now? They should inform us. It is clear that there was a mistake. All we
want is whoever made this “mistake” should be discovered and be punished
according to the law and the constitution.
The answers, “My father has been buried in Mian Mir (Famous Sufi
shrine in Lahore). My mother has been buried in such and such graveyard. I am a
great lover of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (Peace and blessings of Almighty Allah
be upon him).” Is any of this answers the question that we came to ask from
Lahore to Islamabad? The question is who is the culprit? That’s all. “I sit in
aitekaff every year in Masjid e Nabvi Shareef”. Brother, is this the question
we asked you? We ask who was so bold (to forge the constitution)? If you did
this then surrender to law and take whatever punishment according to the law.
If you did not do this then mention the real criminal. This is the whole issue
that they have been stretching so long.
Q. OK Allama Sahib, Raja Zafarul Haque, a senator of PMLN, a
committee were formed under his supervision for this very purpose, to identify
the people responsible for this (Changes in Khatm E Nabuwwat clauses). Today
federal interior minister Ahsan Iqbal had a conference with Islamic scholars
from whole Pakistan and it were decided that the findings of the Zafarul Haque
committee be made public. Do you think you would be satisfied with the report
of that committee or you would still be insisting on the resignation of Zahid
Hamid.
The committee (conference) that has been called, every ruler
finds such people available. If those scholars and peers are from our dharna
(sit-in), then they have right to talk. If they can not sit with us then they
may have had tents and sit-in in D-chowk. Have they had sit-in in cold weather?
Have these people presented any sacrifices? What right these people have. Would
they be representing us? We ourselves are present to represent ourselves and to
safeguard the finality of the prophethood of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (Peace
and countless blessings of almighty Allah be upon him). Who are those people? I
do not know them. I have seen their face for the first time.
Q.
That means no man from your sit-in or your organization was part of this
conference?
No. If someone had a speech from our platform, he is not our
representative. We have our shura of 15 members. No one from them went to that
conference. Shouldn’t only a member of our shura be presenting our view. If
some one came and had a speech from our stage, he is still not authorised to
present our view. I am the Ameer (Chairman TLP) and then there is the shura to
give our views. It is not a game of children. They did so big a mistake and
blasphemy, and then called hand picked Molvies (religios scholars). Is this the
way to solve the problem? Did they resolve the issue of Pervaiz Rasheed by
calling Molvies? Similarly the matters of cabinet and other issues related to
governance, do they call Molvies to solve? How cruel these people are! We have
very simple demand. First he (interior minister) said these are only 150
people. You see they have imprisoned our 2700 workers. Still we are 150,
yesterday he accepted the number to be 2000. It is not the question whether we
are 2000 or 200,000 or 20,000,000. It is the problem of whole Muslim Ummah.
Today I received a call from Egypt, from an international Islamic organization,
they were worried for this matter and said that our problem should be resolved.
Whole Islamic community suffered from this issue and they called two (hand
picked) Molvies to solve this big issue. Is this the solution? Why the pious
companions of the Prophet (Peace be upon him) presented sacrifices. Why didn’t
Sahaba did one or two conferences in Madinah? Musailmah is sitting there and we
have to hold talks on Khatm-E-Nabuwwah. Khatme Nabuwwah demands sacrifices. We
are sitting with our heads to be sacrificed. Through your media I want to
inform the whole world that till our issue is resolved we are sitting here.
Either we would be arrested or be martyred.
Q.
Allama Sahib government tried for negotiations and people from your side also
met with governments teams. Wasn’t there any proceeding in that direction? I
mean I want to know what happened during those negotiations?
Nothing happened. All they say is forgive him. Who are we to
forgive him? Inna ala zeen uzuna , they grieved the Holy Prophet Muhammad
(Peace be upon him), and to forgive is Molvi Khadim Hussain? How sensible is
this demand? As an example, a daughter of a person gets abducted by a person
from third block comes forward and forgives? Has it ever happened anywhere in
the world? Is there any law that allows rights of one person be be exonerated
by a third person? Ahsan Iqbal is telling lies on lies. This is a strange
thing. Such a person has no right to become an interior minister at the first
place (Article 61/62).He is continuously lying from day. He should fear Allah.
He says his mother is buried in Janatul Baquih. Have we come to ask about your
mother? At another times he says he has the cloth from the Roza Rasool (Peace
be upon him). You decide yourself, what is the question and what are these
explanations? These people are not at all serious. If they were serious, this
issue demands no more than 10 minutes.
Q.
Allama Sahib you explained well the reasons why you are here. But the problem
is Islamabad is the capital city of Pakistan and besides the citizens of
Islamabad are also suffering. Pakistan’s image is at question on international
level that the capital of Pakistan has been jammed for two weeks. How would you
justify the problems faced by the people?
Please inform, while the mistake has been committed in
Islamabad, should we had gone to Amratsar or Dehli to protest? We had to sit-in
where the mistake has been committed. The other thing is, were not the image of
Pakistan tarnished when Dr. Afia Siddiqi was sold? When, in the country
obtained in the name of Kalmah Tayabba, a robbery was committed against Khatme
Nabuwwah, didn’t the image tarnish then ? America is dictating amendments in
blasphemy and Khatme Nabuwwah clauses, doesn’t it tarnish the image of
Pakistan, a soverign state. Why is America dictating this? Not when they called
Qadiyanies there brothers and sisters? Not when Musharaf presented 6 type of
dances to Bush in president house in 2006, as written by Gen Shahid Aziz in his
book ‘Yeh Khamoshi Kahan Tak’, and in last dance the daughters of Muslims were
presented naked? What are you talking about. The image of Pakistan improved due
to the issue of Khatme Nabuwwah. The eyes of whole Ummah are fixed on Pakistan
at present. The Muslims who do not even understand our language show concern
for our cause. These are agents (bootlickers) of Jews and Christians so they
are say that image of Pakistan hs been compromised. It is now that image of
Pakistan has came on track.
Q.
Allama sahib there is criticism on you, sorry for asking but i want to know, it
is being said that miscreants are present in your sit-in and it is a conspiracy
against Pakistan. I want you to explain this question too.
You see, isn’t it hat there are miscreants spread all over
Pakistan who blast bombs, murdering is going on, the worsening state of
Baluchistan. If there are miscreants in our sit-in, then they would martyr me,
OK. The would shoot Molvi Khadim, what is more sever that can happen? With the
grace of Almighty Allah our security is high alert. There is no miscreant. Lies
over lies that there are miscreants. If there are any, send your agencies to
capture them.
Q.
Allama Sahib are you sure that the workers in your sit-in have no fire arms.
In my tent there is not even a knife present. If I need
something, I instruct them (workers) to borrow from some one. How can I say
that. When our sit-in ends I roam the participants in different get up. I have
never seen such a person. If there were any miscreants, they would have shooted
me finding that I am all alone. Here comes on wheel chair, let us shoot him.
What nonsense.
Q.
Allama shib some problems are created due to sit-in, the traffic problems,
people finding it difficult to reach work places, ambulances getting stuck.
Are these we who created these problems? Why did we marched from
Lahore? It is those (government) who created problems. Was there any agitation
before, were there a storm, was nation on streets demanding to change the law?
Why that change in the clauses of Khatme? We ourselves have this very question,
who is the person that took Pakistan to such severe condition. That has caused
distress to whole Muslim Ummah. Perhaps you are not aware that many big Islamic
Madrassahs have been closed, school and college students, women are writing us
letters, yesterday one woman sent 7 children to sit-in and wrote a letter to
me, “Since you have forbidden women to come (to sit-in) therefore please sacrifice
these 7 children of mine on the name of the Rasool Allah (Peace be upon him)”.
Those people do not understand the sensitivity of this issue. They are lying.
Q.
Therefore Allama Sahib you understand that whatever problems are faced, an
ambulance gets stuck with a patient in trouble, then that is due to the
government. You are not responsible.
There is no restriction on ambulances, there is no restriction
on food. People pass through here, women pass through, ambulances pass through
and school, college students pass through here. The only difference is where
one took food after 10 minutes, now he gets after half an hour. If one brought
groceries in 30 minutes, now brings in 45 minutes. These are but two roads.
They all are telling lies. All these frauds are to avoid being naked before the
nation. Sometimes they say there are beatings, sometimes they say a child died,
sometimes they say ambulances get stuck. The father of the child, whose FIR
they registered against me, told me that Police came to him and said that they
would facilitate him in every respect and make a strong case against Molvi
Khadim. When that man found out that sit-in was for Khhatme Nabuwwah he himself
phoned us. The name of that child’s father is Bilal. He told us that when he
came to know that sit-in is for the Prophet (Peace be upon him), this was but
one child if he had 100, he would have been glad to sacrifice them.
Q.
Allama Sahib as the instructions of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon
him) are, like keep the paths open, do not sit on roads, open up the roads for
transportation so that people do not face problems. What about all those
religious instructions?
You must know very well that at the time of Fatah Mecca Hazoor
(Peace be upon him) closed all the roads of Madinah. It seems you are unaware
of this. And he appointed Hazrat Umar (May Allah be pleased with him) on guard.
Only one road was left open for people. A letter left Madinah, the Holy Prophet
Muhammad (Peace be upon him) informed his companions of breech and instructed
them to go and fetch that woman and the letter she is carrying. These people
only read Wa ma arsalnaka illa rehamtal lil alameen. Ya ayuhal nabiyu jahidil
kuffar wal munafeqin wagluz alaihim, my Prophet fight with infidels and
hypocrites and be harsh on them. Where did go this verse? …Wa ya deen kuluhu
lillah, my beloved order your servants to fight the infidels so that Islam spreads
all over the world. If you arrange a Shabeenah Taraweeh, I can recite complete
Holy Quran in one rakkat to you. I will tell the translation too.
Q.
Now Allama sahib, the matter is that IHC has ordered to end the sit-in.
Than this is good thing what is bad in it. Its good the
Honorable have issued it. The Honorable who ordered it, he himself reached from
Pindi to Lahore for Justice Iftikhar Chaushary in 25 hours . The actual travel
time is 5 hours. Why were 20 hours of the nation wasted? Traffic remained
disturbed, life went on a pause (mouatal) and in very Faizabad Honorable was
himself raising slogans, Iftikhar Chaudhary zinda baad. If that was legal then
why slogans of Tajdare Khatme Nabuwwat Zinda baad are illegal. Right.
Q.
Allama Sahib I want to know, this is the order of the court and the orders of
the court have/should be always complied with.
Then you should comply. Who is stopping you. You comply, Ma Sha
Allah. Were Nawaz Sharif complying when he came out, from Pindi to Lahore, was
he complying? Hear please.
Q.
Yes Yes, Please carry on
You see, if court orders are always to be complied with then
what was he saying from Pindi to Lahore (Mujhe kton nikala), against whom were
he talking? In Abbottabad whom he said highwaymen (rahzan). Please ask only
what is acceptable. In the matter of finality of prophethood, you people
sitting on TV channnels should not talk rubbish. What are the instruction of
Islam, that should be broadcasted.
Q.
Allama Sahib we want to understand.
Listen to me. The strange thing is you observed the traffic jam,
where were you when the robbery was committed against Khatame Nuabuwwah? How
many programs did you air? How many anchors spoke in favor of this issue? You
people have no clue of the sensitivity of the issue. Twelve hundred pious
Sahaba embraced martyrdom for this very cause. The largest loss of Islam in any
war till then, the big war of Khatme Nabuwwah. Hazrat Abu Bakar Siddique (May
Allah be pleased with him) said that if beasttes of jungle come to Madinah and
drag out me and the hijab observing women in homes even then the war would be
fought. Siddique Akbar would keep safeguarding the Khatme Nabuwah.
Q.
OK, Sir, media fulfilled its duties. It was media who first published the news
that there were changes in oath. Certainly the Khatame Nabuwwah is the issue of
every Muslim. There can be no compromise on this issue.
But responsibility does not end here. If that were the case then
10 Sahabau would go for war, 10 would make speeches , do seminars and
conferences that Musailmah has come how can we deal with him. The
responsibility of the respect of the Prophet (Peace be upon him) is that
Siddiqu-e Akbar at first made the law that Badri Sahabh would not fight any war
in future. When the issue of Khatame Nabuwwat rose, he broke his own law and
instructed every one, irrespective of being Badri or not, to reach Yamamah.
Then Ashra Mubashara went, blind Sahahbah went, ones with cut hands went, old
went. You should inform the sensitivity of this issue to the public, not that
traffic is jammed or food is being served with a delay of 10 or 12 minutes. If
someone does not get degree this year, he will get it the next year. Many
school and college student donated their fees here that they may keep studying
in future. Next year we may study but now is the time to stand for Khatme
Nabuwwah. The boys are present in sit-in who had their fathers died, mothers
death, grandfather death, brother deaths. We told them to leave but they said
no, “We are here till the issue of Khatme Nabuwwah gets resolved”. The heads of
our children were broken (in beatings by security forces). The tooth and jaws
have been broken. Their legs and arms have been broken. We said them to leave
but they said no, “we are here to be martyred in the respect of the Holy
Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him)”. These are the passions you should be
telecasting to the nation. You only view traffic jam but have no idea what are
the feelings and passion of the people. You should represent these people as
well.
Q.
Allama Sahib of course they are being represented. For that very purpose we
requested you to be guest in this programm. So that your views, the ones who
are present in the sit-in, also reach the public. We present all sorts of
views.
No, not the view of all kinds be presented. When there is the
matter of Prophet (Peace be upon him), then only that view needs be
broadcasted. You see there were 1,24,000 shahbah at that time (Yamamah war) and
not single one of them said that in his view Musailma Kazzab should be instructed
and preached first. At present the conditions are not suitable for war. Madinah
should not be left empty. When the matter is of Hazoor (Peace be upon him)
then,
هر که عشق مصطفی سامان اوست
بحر و بر در گوشهٔ دامان اوست
har key ishq Mustafa (Peace and blessings of Almighty Allah be
upon him) saman osat
behr o bar dar goshai damana osat
Then earth, skies, oceans all are at stake because Allah created
all these things for his Beloved (Peace be upon him). You should not broadcast
every point of view. Please take note. A man is Mirzai (Follower of Mirza
Ghulam Qadiyani), would you present his views too? That Qadiyani received
revelations, would you broadcast that too?
Q.
Allama Sahib, Broadcasting view of someone lie does not turn to truth and truth
to a lie? There is a man for every matter who understands the matter. If we
need guidance in matters of religion, we have scholars like you and we consult
you. Presenting a view is a different thing and agreeing to that view is a
different thing.
You should not even hear that other view. When Musailmah Kazzab
asked Hazrat Zaid (May Almighty Allah be pleased with him), A tashhadu anni
anna rasool allah, do you witness I am a prophet? He asked this question while
holding a sord on his head. Do you witness I am a prophet of Allah? Musailmah
presented his view but what was the response of the companion (of the Holy
Prophet peace be upon him)? La asmauka “I do not hearing your chatter” . Why
would you hear other views? You should not hear those other views. Such thinking
has never been entertained in Islam. With the arrival of the Prophet (Peace be
upon him), all such other thoughts ended. For this reason I say that, “Had
Muslim read the incident of 1200 deaths, they would not have heared any other
narrative.”. And what are we? The roads where Sahaba travelled, we do not
equate even to dust particles of those paths.
Q.
Allama Sahib IHC has also order that you should be moved to a place reserved
for sit-ins and you open the Faizabad interchange. Is this suggestion acceptable
to you?
As a matter of fact we are sitting with the same views we had on
day one. When that demand is met, Inshahllah we will move out elsewhere.
Q.
That means if you are asked to change the sit-in place, you won’t accept it.
Not before that.
Q.
Allama sahib one thing that I want to understand, if there is any doubt left,
in minds of our viewers, to let it be cleared. Regarding the example you were
quoting regarding the closing of paths of the state of Madinah and your details
about the incident of Musailmah Kazzab. Sir, I want to know from you that those
were the incidents 1400 years ago. Can the present day situations, contrary to
when the Holy Prophet (Peace be upon him) was himself present and Sahabah ikram
were present, can the events be dealt with in the same 1400 years old methods?
There were no free courts then. Now we have free courts. (This is blasphemy,
Abu Bakar) that make decisions. I want to understand this comparison.
We have recited the Kalmah,
بدلے گا زمانہ لاکھ مگر قرآن نہ بدلا جائے گا
ہے قول محمد (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) قول خدا، فرمان نہ بدلا
جائے گا
Badlay ga zamana lakh magar quran na badla jay ga
Hay qole Muhammad (Peace be upon him) qol khuda farman na badla
jay ga
Time will change much but the Holy Quran would never be changed
The order of Muhammad (Peace be upon him) is the order of Allah,
the order would never be changed
It is the same Kalmah, Same god, same Prophet (Peace be upon
him), same heavens and same earth, same sun. It is only we who have changed.
بدل دیا رخ مشرق کو تو نے اے مغرب
خدا بچائے تیری ہوا سے اس زمانے کو
Badal diya rukh mashriq ko aey maghrab
teri hawa se bachay khuda zamanay ko
O’ West, You changed the ennviornment of East
May Almighty Allah save these times from your air
For that, what Iqbal has said,
سوز عشق از دانش حاضر مجوی
کیف حق از جام این کافر مجوی
soze ishaq az danish e hazir majoy
Jame haq rah jame eein kafir majoyy
The passion of love can not be received from moderen intellect
The passion of right can not be obtained from drinking this
forbidden
Iqbal says, when he came back after studying in Europe, he
said…, those are long details, I will discuss later if there is a discussion on
Iqbaliyat
Iqbal says if a man is impressed by Europe and machines of
Europe, their progress, their roads, their electricity networks, Iqbal says
there will be no fragrance of love of the Prophet (Peace be upon him) present
near him.
Iqbal says the one who was served drink of love of Prophet
(Peace be upon him) in European glass, you would never guess if he has the lover
of the Prophet (Peace be upon him).
Iqbal said
دانش حاضر حجاب اکبر است
بت پرستو، بت فروشو، بت گر
Danish e Hazir hijab e akbar asat
but parasto but furusho but gar
Iqbal says that the modern education and intellect of ذurope it is
the biggest idol that hinders a man from reaching the Prophet (Peace be upon
him). It makes new idols of theories then sell those idols and then ask to
worship those idols. This is what Iqbal has instructed us. And then told at the
end
زندگی گیرد بایں قانون ثبات
zindgi geerat baeen qanoone sabat.
Iqbal says if the Muslim Ummah wants to again live with respect
and dignity, that is only possible be following the religion of the Prophet
(Peace be upon him). There is no other way of making the Ummah great again.
سرود رفته باز آید که ناید؟
نسیمی از حجاز آید که ناید؟
Sarood rafta baz ayad ke na ayad
Naseemi az hijaz ayad ke na ayad
سرآمد روزگار این فقیری
دگر دانای راز آید که ناید؟
Saramad rozgare een faqeeri
Digar danay raz ayed ke na ayed
Iqbal says I have opened the secrets, now if a person with
indide information comes again in future, he would tell you what is the secret
of the religion of the Prophet (Peace be upon him) and what is the love of the
Prophet(Peace be upon him). And at the end he said and left
کی محمد(صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) سے وفا تو نے تو ہم تیرے ہیں
یہ جہاں چیز ہے کیا لوح و قلم تیرے ہیں
Ki Muhammad (Peace be upon him) say wafa tone to haum tere hain
Ye jahana cheez hay kiya loho kalam tere hain
Q.
That menas you think that the situation after 1400 years is same as it was
then. And this matter shoud be dealt in the same light as it were dealt with
1400 years ago by the Sahabah Ikram and the Prophet (Peace be upon him).
It is not me who is saying this. This is in Ibne Maja Shareef, a
book from six authentec Ahadeeth books, it is on its first page. My lord (Peace
be upon him) said:
تَرَكْتُكُمْ عَلَى مِثْلِ الْبَيْضَاءِ لَيْلُهَا
كَنَهَارِهَا
taraktukum aa mithlil baidai lailuha wa nharuha
The religion I am leaving to you, its day is day and its night is
also day.
لَا يَزِيغُ عَنْهَا بَعْدِي إِلَّا
هَالِكٌ،
La yazeeghu anha ba’di illa halikun
He instructed, Only he will turn his face away from my religion
who is going to be destructed.
Till the day of Qyamah (resurection), deen will keep shining.
It is we who have changed. It is me, in who darkness has been
produced but I though it were religion that had something to do with it.
Relegion (Deen) is the same shining Deen. Yes the darkness was inside me and I
tried to blame that darkness on. May Almighty Allah awardness greatness to
Islamic Ummah with this religion.
