Tabligh al-Jama'at




If one's Aqeedah is corrupt, then one's Imaan is improper and if one's Imaan is not proper, then his Amaal (actions) are useless.

In other words:
Aqeedah is the Soul, Imaan is the Body, Amal is the Garb
To have good and strong Imaan, one must have the proper Aqeedah.

It is for this reason that we quote a few un-Islamic beliefs together with the proper Islamic answers, so that we may, after reading about them, repent from any false and corrupt beliefs that we may hold and, thereafter, hold firmly to the proper Islamic beliefs.
To hold improper Aqeedah leads to Kufr, whereas proper Aqeedah is strength for Imaan.

Who are they?

There is a group of people who have been visiting Islamic countries and preaching and advising Muslims under the name Tabligh jamaat. Leaving India and Pakistan in gangs of three to five persons, these people have been going all over the world. They say that they try to spread Islam. (Note: By calling on Muslims not Kuffars)

They claim to be in the path of as-Sahaba.
Some of them also say that they follow the Hanafi madhhab and admire Ibn Taymiyya
Though they speak very usefully and righteously and since the fact that they never mention the names and words of Islamic scholars and seem to hush up part of the Ahl as-Sunnat knowledge, they arouse suspicion and sorrow.

In the following, the writings of some of the religious authorities living in India and Pakistan about them is given: "They are heretics. They call themselves Jamaat at-tabligh. Their center is in Delhi [with large branches in Karachi and Lahore in Pakistan.]

Delhi: In a shocking development for the Muslim community at large, follower of the two senior leaders of Tablighi Jamaat clashed physically purportedly over the issue of assuming top most leadership at the world headquarters of Tablighi Jamaat at Bangle Wali Masjid located in Basti Hazrat Nizamuddin in Delhi.


The clash between the two group that left many injured occurred on Sunday June 19th.
Eleven were taken to the hospital and police were deployed in large numbers.
People familiar with the incident informed TwoCircles.net that last Sunday, after Iftar and maghrib prayer the groups belonging to Maulana Saad and Maulana Zuhair ul Hassan were discussing the issue of Amarat (leadership) and soon it turned into brawl leading to violent clashes inside the mosque.

The situation became so aggressive that police was called from eight police stations to control it.
As many as 11 injured were taken to hospital for first aid.
The situation became so sensitive that Anil Yadav, ACP and Mandip Yadav Randhva, DCP had to keep a close eye on the events whole night.

In an audio clip of 2 minutes and 54 second that was made available to TwoCircles.net clearly suggests that one group was unhappy with Maulana Saad Kandhalwi from inheriting the leadership from his father and wanted to have a ‘shura’ council instead and the situation deteriorated resulting into raising of voice and brawl.

The issue of leadership of the world-wide Tabligh movement is not new.
Since the passing away of Maulana Inaam ul Hassan popularly known as Hazrat ji, a shura was appointed instead of one Ameer.

Shura consisted of Amir of Tablighi Jamaat Pakistan Haji Abdul Wahhab, Maulana Zubair ul Hasan who is the son of Inamul Hasan, and Maulana Saad Kandhalwwi son of Maulana Yusuf Kandhalwi, the second Amer of the group.
Since the passing away of Maulana Zubair ul Hasan in 2014 Mauala Saad has become the Ameer.
Son of Maulana Zubair ul Hasan Maulana Zuhairul Hasan has laid a claim to the leadership, his followers have asked Saad to reconstitue the Shura which was rejected by Maulana Saad.
Maulana Saad in a speech condemned the violent incident and claimed that it has nothing to do with Tablighi Jamat markaz but the fighting was done by the outsiders.

In order to take stock of the situation, TwoCircles.net tried to speak with the people outside Banglewali Masjid who confirmed such event did take place inside the mosque and police was deployed to handle the situation.

Sultan Ahmad, who was appointed couple of months back to look after Markaz’s office told TwoCircles.net:
Quote:  “There have been fights in every time, there were instances of fights in Sahaba (companions of prophet) too. But it is better that you don’t report about this feud.”

Rashid Hussain, who is responsible for taking care of Delhi camp for Markaz says people from outside Markaz are eyeing huge donation that it receives because many people come here and donate,
“They want to become Amir so that they can have hand over the donation of Markaz”.
“The Markaz receives Crores of rupees and there is no accounting of such donation. People want their own Amir so that they can benefit from this money”, he adds.

Najmuddin, a shop keeper outside the mosque confirms the incidence and says, “When there are two strong contenders then the fight is bound to occur. This is not new here, similar things have happened here quite a few times”.
A young skull cap seller says on the condition of anonymity that people from across Yamuna and Mewat had come here and they clashed.
Chand Bhai, a tea seller says, “Although this is not new here but this time the fight went out of control that even police had to enter the mosque to control the situation.”

Now you may want to step back in time and  have a look at their "roots"=




It is said that their organisation was founded by an Indian named Mawlana Muhammad Ilyas. This man was born in Kandla in 1303 A.H. (1886). He was Rashid Ahmad Gangohi's disciple. (see here)

It is written on the 43rd and 49th pages of the book Mawlana Ilyas Uranki din Dawat by one of Ilyas's close disciples that he stayed near him for ten years.

When Rashid Ahmad died in 1323 (1905) he was taught by Khalil Ahmad Saharanpuri.

In his Urdu book,
Khalil Ahmad [d. Medina, 1346 (1928)] says: “...the devil is more learned than Rasulullah ('alaihi 's-salam)."

Rashid Ahmad says on the 51st page of Barahin-i Qati'a that: “ Khalil Ahmad's book was a blessed one and kept it at the place called 'Bait-i 'ain-i Islam.'”


Rashid Ahmad Ganghoe was the Khalifa of Haji Imdadullah al-Madani [d. Mecca, 1317 (1899)], and was first taught by Ismail Dahlawi, who wrote on the 38th page of Taqwiyat al-Iman which is the Urdu translation of Ibn 'Abd al-Wahhab Najdi's: " Kitab at-Tawhid": 'Rasulullah ('alaihi 's-salam) died and rotted away. He became soil.”

Another tutor of Ilyas was Ashraf 'Ali Tahanawi who also was a Khalifa of Haji Imdadullah of the Chishtiyya Tariqa.

In the first part of his Urdu book Hifz al-iman, he writes very loathsome things which reduce the high grade of Rasulullah ('alaihi 's-salam) to the low degree of a child, of a mad person or of animals.

All the four (4) tutors of Ilyas became unbelievers because of such writings of theirs in their books. you don't need to go far they are: Here

Ilyas praises, exalts and excessively respects these unbelievers.

He says that they are the most eminent awliya' of their time.

The 114th page of the book Malfuzat-i Hadrat-i Mawlana Ilyas... is full with such praises.

He says about his shaikh Rashid Ahmad, 'Had not I seen him, my heart would not have attained tranquility. Whenever I woke up at night I would go to his room, look at his face and then come back and go to sleep. His love, like the blood in my veins, has penetrated everywhere in me.'

Allahu ta'ala declares in the last ayat of the surat al-Mujadala, 'Those who believe in Allahu ta'ala and the Day of Resurrection will dislike those [unbelievers] who do not obey Allahu ta'ala and His Messenger ('alaihi 's-salam). Allahu ta'ala will fill with iman the hearts of those who dislike unbelievers even though they were their fathers, sons, brothers or relatives.'

All the members of Tabligh jamaat exaggerate and praise Ilyas and his teachers very much and say'rahmatullahi 'alaih' when they mention or hear their names. They spread their above-mentioned books everywhere.

The Ahl as-Sunnat scholars wrote many books in order to refute the Tabligh group and to reveal the fact that they were heretics. They could not answer these books at all.

Hadrat Mawlana 'Abd al-'Alim Siddiqi wrote that,

"Ilyas's teachers were in an endeavour to demolish Islam from within."

Asrahf ali Thanvi the author of many books like, "Bahishti Zewar" and 'Tafseer Bayanul Qur'aan'. 

Ashraf Ali Thanvi's teachings greatly influenced the founder of the Jamaat Tableegh,Moulana Ilyas.
Moulana Ilyas, popularly known as Hazratjee: (d. 1944): He was the founder and first Amir of the Jamaat Tableegh. He was the Khalifah (successor) of Khalil Ahmad Saharanpuri, who was amongst the Khulafa of Rasheed Ahmad Gangohi. [Irshaadul-Mulook, (Eng. Trans.) p.12. ]

He founded the Jamaat Tableegh principles and incorporated practices like Muraqabah (meditation), Chillah (40 day seclusion period) and the silent Dhikr (remembrance) into the routines of his Jamaat.



Moulana Muhammad Yusuf (d. 1965): Moulana Ilyas was succeeded by his son, Moulana Muhammad Yusuf (d. 1965), who became the second Amir of the Jamaat Tableegh. Inamul-Hasan succeeded Moulana Muhammad Yusuf. Presently, there is no Amir of the Jamaat Tableegh and its affairs are run by a Shoorah (committee).

Moulana Zakariyah: The son-in-law of Moulana Ilyas [1] and the author of Fazaail-e-Aamaal. He was given the Khilafat by Moulana Khalil Ahmad Saharanpuri. [2]

1. Shah Ismail Dehalvee writes: “It is possible for Allah to be a liar. If you do not accept this , then Human being's ability will be considered more than Allah's ability.” ( It means , since Human can lie and if someone thinks Allah cannot lie , then this will mean Allah's ability is less than Human ability.)
2. Shaykh Khaleel Ambaithwi writes:"This issue of “imkan e kidhb is not a recent issue, but in past people have discussed whether Khalf e waid ”(Allah can give Paradise to even sinners like Pharoah/ Abu Jahal, going against His own ruling) is possible or not. Hence we find in Durrul Mukhtar it is written Khalf e waid is possible /permissible ( jayaz)or not, and Asharis are in support of it because the Asharis do not consider it as an imperfection , rather they consider it as a Mercy of Allah." Quote, Deobandi Mufti say's:
False Allegation
“Almighty Allah Taãla is not always 'all knowing'. He finds out whenever necessary. (Taqwiyatul Eemaan pg. 26).
Clarification
This is an open Calumny and a False Accusation. This sentence is not written at all in 'Tawiyatul Eemaan' that 'Allah Taãla is not always "all knowing". He finds out when necessary.[End of Quote]

The extant of fabrications found in these editions cannot be explained here. To expose these fabrications one need to write a book on this subject.

^Translation:
“ To find out about the clear worldy matters is with in the prerogatives of Human beings. They can chose when to make an inquiry and when not to. Like wise to find out about the matters of the unseen ( ghayb) is with in the contol/ authority ( Ikhtiyar) of Allah, when He wants He does it….

Ismail Dehlavi said,
“The Holy Prophet was out of his senses.” (MaazAllah)

Qasim Nanotvi said: Only to the general public, the finality of Prophethood (Khatamun Nabiyeen) means the last Prophet, this is not the correct meaning of the term, for the knowledgeable people. Even if a Prophet comes after the Era of Muhammad, it will make no difference to the end of prophethood that is associated with Muhammad (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam).” (Tahzeerun Naas, page 3, 25).

"Zahirul Hassan ! We need to form a new sect."

Mu-hammad Ilyas al-Kandhlawi stated: "Hazrat Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi has done a great job.I am pleased that the religious teachings are his and the method for the tabligh is mine, whereby the teachings of Ashraf Ali will spread far and wide."

Maulvi Ilyas said , “that the exegeses (Tafseer) of the verse of Quran "Kuntum Khair Ummatin Ukhrijat linnasi ta'amuruna bil ma'aroofi wa tanhauna anil munkar" (Aale Imran 104) was disclosed to him in dream, saying that "You have come to your people like a Prophet". (La haula wala quwwata Illah Billah).

Maulvi Ilyas said: “No one understood my aim. People think that this Tableeghi Jama'at is a movement for 'namaz' (Salah). I swear that this is not the movement for 'Namaz' (Salah). I want to create a new nation (Ummah). " ^Reference - Mu-hammad Ilyas, book 'Deeni Da'wa' - page 234.

Molvi Ilyas Khandalvi, says in his Malfuzaat: "The practise of preaching for me is so important that if one of us is performing Namaaz, and a new person happens to enter, and when if he is not about to leave, and there is no prospect of seeing him again, then in my belief, one should break Namaaz and talk to him. Having talked to him or having stopped him from leaving, one should then recite the prayers again."

But his Elder Ismail Dehlavi, Sirat-e-Mustaqeem said, to think about the Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) in Namaaz is worse than adultery, but it is perfectly all right for them to think in their Namaaz about the person who has just come into the mosque and break their Namaaz!

Mu-hammed Zakariyya Kandhlawi

Mu-hammed Zakariyya was a deobandi hadith scholars of India .He was given the honorary title of Shaykh al-Hadith, or “Great Scholar of Hadith,” by his teacher, Khalil Ahmad Anbethawi (Saharanpuri).
Mu-hammed Zakariyya was born in the village of Kandhla (in Uttar Pradesh, India) on Ramadan 10, 1315 AH (February 12, 1898 CE).

His full name was Muhammad Zakariyya ibn Muhammad Yahya ibn Muhammad Ismail.

His father, Mu-hammed Yahya, was among the deobandi scholars of India, whose primary teacher in hadith was Rashid Ahmad Gangohi.
As a young boy, Zakariyya moved with his father to the village of Gangoh, in the district of Saharanpur.Since his father and Rashid Ahmed Gangohi had a close relationship, Zakariyya quickly earned the affection of his father’s teacher.

He memorized the Qur’an with his father and also studied books in Persian and the introductory Arabic bookswith his uncle Mu-hammed Ilyas Kandhlawi (founder of the Tabligh movement).
He stayed with his father in the company of Rashid Ahmed Gangohi until age eight, when the his master (Rashid AhmedGgangohi ) passed away 1905CE.

In addition to his father (Muhammad Yahya) and uncle (Mu-hammed Ilyas Kandhlawi), he studied under the deobandi hadith scholar:
Khalil Ahmad Anbethawi (Saharanpuri)
Before his death, Khalil Ahmad Anbethawi expressed his desire to write Badhl al-Majhud, and he sought Zakariyya’s assistance as his right-hand man.

Zakariyya was married twice. He first married the daughter of Ra’uf al-Hasan in Kandhla. She passed away on 1355 AH. He then married the daughter of Mu-hammed Ilyas Kandhlawi in 1356 AH.
Zakariya Kandehelvi said: “It is Haraam to read or recite Durood-e-Taj. This Durood is disliked.”

Fazaile Amal is a book used by Tableeghi Jamat which is the propogation wing of Deobandi sect. This book was was written by Shaykh Zakariya Kandhalvee al deobandi ( died 1402 AH).
The original name of the book was Tablighi Nisab. This book has different sections like:

Fazile Namaz (salah), Fazile durood, Fazile Hajj ...etc.
Later , deobandis renamed the book as ‘Fazaile Amal”.
Under the chapter of Fazaile e Namaz ( Virtues of Salah), Shaykh Zakriya al Deobandi writes at the end of the chapter:
“……The most important part of salah is dhikr,( that is ) the recitation of Quran in the salah. If these things are done without proper concentration then it is not called praying to Allah ( Munajaat wa kalam ). This is like hizyan (nonsensical talk )and BAKWAS (useless talk /crap) which people do during the effect of fever "

When this was first noticed by Muhaqqiq Khalil Ahmed Rana he could not accept words like BAKWAS ( useless talk/ crap) for quran recitation, because many ordinary people are not able to concentrate in salah when they are reciting quran.
And we have heard from our elders that even if one fails to concentrate during reciting quran , the recitation is still QURAN and we cannot call this recitation as BAKWAS ( useless talk/ crap) .
This is indeed a disrespect to quran .

In order to solve this issue , this complete quote was sent to a famous DEOBANDI MADARASA “khairul Majalis”, bairun Garh, Multan, Pakistan..

We did not mention that this quote was taken from their: own book!

After quoting the complete quote mentioned above , we asked the following question

Later when Deobandis were told that this is from their own book, written by one of their ‘akabir”scholar, they were in the state of shock!
In order to save their akabir from their own fatwa , these deobandis did what they have been doing since ages!

The statement in the fabricated edition reads as follows:
"Ye Kalam nahee hai . Aisee hai jaisay ki bukhar ki halat mein hizyan hoti hai. ".
By fabricating this statement in the book , the deobandis have not only continued their age old practice but have also shown their lack of skill in urdu language.
Please note, the original statement was:
“Ye Kalam nahee hai . Aisee hai jaisay ki bukhar ki halat mein hizyan aur BAKWAS HOTI HAI .”
In this statement the word hizyan is a masculine word and Bakwas is a faminine word , so the follow up word is HOTI HAI, which is faminine.
Now after deobandis deleted the word BAKWAS the statement reads:
“Ye Kalam nahee hai . Aisee hai jaisay ki bukhar ki halat mein hizyan HOTI HAI," where as it should read HOTA HAI , because hizyan is a masculine word!
This is the state of this cult which has fooled the sunni arab scholars by writing Al Muhannad and is still fooling the innocent sunni muslims by spreading their false belief.

Deobandi scholar Husain Ahmad Madani has reported that the Saudi Wahabis have written: "A stick in our hands is more profitable to us than the Holy Prophet at least we can get rid of dogs with it, we can’t even do that with the Holy Prophet."

Deobandi scholar Husain Ahmad Madani writes about the Wahabis and their beliefs and stating how he opposes these beliefs. He states that the Wahabis have written:

What is a Wahabi ?
One of the names of Allahu ta'ala is Al Wahab. The definite article 'Al' (The) makes it different fromWahab. So the name of Allahu ta'ala is Al Wahab and not Wahab.
Calling someone as Wahabi has nothing to do with the name of Allahu ta'ala. The word Wahabi is used for followers and supporters of Ibn Abdal wahab al najadi al tamimi. His name was Mohammed, but the sunni scholars have always used Ibn Abdal Wahab for him , which means son of Abdal al wahab. Shaykh Abdal wahab was a sunni scholar and was aware of the deviant beliefs of his Najdi son.

Maulvi Rashid Ahmad Gangohi states: "The followers of Mohammad Ibne Abdul Wahab are called “Wahabis”, their beliefs were excellent."(FATAWA-E-RASHIDJA - Vol. 1- Page 111)
In fact, clarifying and reiterating his and the beliefs of the Deobandis, Maulvi Manzoor Nomani, head of the Tableeghi Jamaat states: "And we also state here clearly that we are extreme “Wahabis" (SA WANEH MAULANA MOHAMMAD YUSUF KANDHALVJ - Page 192)

Allah (SWT) has the Knowledgeable of the Unseen (Aalimul-Ghaib). His knowledge is His attribute (quality) and is Sure (Waajib). Saying, "Whenever He wishes, He can know ...." means that if Allah (SWT) doesn't wish, He remains ignorant. This kind of belief is infidelity (kufr). The attributes of Allah (SWT) are not choices for Him, but are sure for Him.
It is in Quran ‘He (Allah –SWT) has knowledgeable of the Unseen. Does not show the unseen but to His revered Apostle (SAWS). (Ash-Shuara - 7).

THE REAL AIM OF THE TABLEEGHI JAMAAT WAS TO PUBLICISE THE TEACHINGS OF MOULANA THANVI SAHIB

We are very grateful to
Maulana Manzoor Nomani in this respect that he has pointed out this fact in the words of the founder of the Jamaat, in the book:
"Malfoozat Ilyas": He writes, quoting one of his statements:
"He once said, Hazrat Maulana Thanvi had done a great job, therefore it is my desire that his teachings be propagated amongst the masses and the method of preaching must be mine, so that his teaching will become popular among the public." (Malfoozat, pp/5 7)
The Compiler of "Malfoozat" writes:
"Maulana Ilyas said that to increase relations with Hazrat Thanvi, to benefit from his blessings and simultaneously to participate in the efforts of developing the spirit, and to increase the happiness of the soul of Hazrat, one should carry out the instructions, and teachings of Hazrat and make endeavours to propagate it to other circles." (Malfoozat, pp/67)
Now read a part of a circular sent by Maulana Ilyas to the Missionary workers of Meiwat. He writes, initiating the object of his preaching:
"To achieve benefit from Maulana Thanvi, it is essential that one should love him, and one should gain benefit from his followers, and one should read his books, one should gain knowledge from his books and learn the deeds from his followers." (Makateeb-e-Ilyas, pp/ 138)
Maulana Ahmed Sayeed Akbarabadi, a member of the Majlis-e-Shoora, Darul Uloom Deoband, writes in his monthly magazine "Burhan", about Thanvi Sahib:
"This one incident should bear testimony of Maulana Thanvis habit of ignoring and by-passing people in his relations with them. Once a disciple wrote to Maulana that I dreamt that I was trying to recite the Kalima-e-Tayyib properly but every time the words of Ashraf Ali came out from my tongue instead of Muhammad (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam)."

"Evidently, the straight forward answer to this was that this is a Kalima of Infidelity, it is a deception of Satan, a fraud of your baser self. You should at once repent in the name of Allah for the same."


But Maulana Thanvi closes the Chapter by saying:
"You love me devotedly and this is the result and fruitful outcome of that." (Burhan, Feb. 1958, p/107)

The Fatwa of Kufr was issued on the insolent Deobandi Maulvis by the 'Ulamaa of Harmain and Tayyibain (Makkah & Medina)

This fatwa was issued in 1320 A.H (1902 AD) by the Saliheen 'Ulamaa of Haram Shareef and the great holy places before the Saudi Wahaabi Najdi forced themselves into power.
The subject that has been given the Islamic Sentence of Kufr are those insolent and degrading statements written by the Deobandi Maulvis who have clearly insulted the Holy Prophet's (sallalahu alaihi wasallam) dignity and character.

The following statements have been thoroughly investigated and issued with the Fatwa of Kufr.
1. Statement from the book 'Hifzul Imaan' stating that the Holy Prophet's knowledge of the unseen (Ilme-e-Ghaib) is the same as Zain or Amar or children, madmen, animals and four-legged beasts, written by Ashraf Ali Thanvi.
2. Statements from the book 'Bahrain-e-Qatia' stating that Saram and Malikul Maut's knowledge is more than the Holy Prophet's, and proof exists for this for Satan but not for the Holy Prophet. Also it is not Shirk to believe this for Satan but it is Shirk to believe the same for the Holy Prophet (sallalahu alaihi wasallam)written by Khalil Ahmed Ambethwi and certified and embossed by Rashid Ahmed Gangohi, also the same agreement in his book 'Fatawa-e-Rashidia'.
3. Statement from the book 'Tahzeerun Naas' stating that there is possibility of there being another Prophet after the Holy Prophet (sallalahu alaihi wasallam), written by Qassim Nanotwi.
The above mentioned books were very carefully scrutinized involving years of investigation, this being:

30 years for 'Tahzeerun'Naas,
16 years for 'Baharain-e-Qatia' and
over 10 years for 'Hifzul Imaan'

During this time letters were written and messages were sent asking the Deobani Maulvis to either give valid reasons or renounce their statements and perform Tauba (ask for forgiveness).

But no answers were ever given and so, therefore, Imam Ahmed Raza Khan had but no other alternative but to issue Ashraf Ali Thanvi, Rashid Ahmed Gangohi, Khalil Ahmed Ambethwi, and Qassim Nanotwi with the Fatwa of Kufr (Sentence of Disbelief) clearly defining that these Maulvis are Kafirs.
This Fatwa was presented to the great 'Ulamaa and Islamic Jurists of Harmain Tayyibain to ask for their opinion.

Thirty three (33) 'Ulamaa of Makkah and Madeena Shareef have their verdict that these Deobandi Maulvis had definitely performed Kufr.

'Ulamaa of Masjid-e-Nabwi, Mufti Sheikh Umar bin Hamdaan Al-Maharasee states:
"After studying the issues written by Ahmad Raza Khan in his fatwa to which the mentioned people have been refereed to and rejected, I have found this absolutely correct. Who are these people? Evil and apostate Gulam Ahmad Qadyani who is a dajjal of the last era and Khalil Ahmed Ambethwi and Ashraf Ali Thanvi and to these where the subject has been proven as mentioned by this great Aalim Ahmed Raza Khan. Qadyani's claim to be a prophet and Rashid Ahmed, Khalil Ahmed and Ashraf Ali's insulting statements which has lowered the dignity of the Holy Prophet (sallalahu alaihi wasallam), then there is no doubt that they are Kafirs and those who perform the act of ex ecution, it is necessary for them to give these men the sentence of death."

Mufti Sayed Ismail Khaleel – Librarian of Mecca writes: After Salaam I hereby say that after investigation on this subject, of course Gulam Ahmad Qadyani and Rashid Ahmed Gangohi and his partners like Khalil Ahmed Ambethwi and Ashraf Ali Thanvi etc., there is no hesitation in their Kufr nor is there any question of doubt, in fact,whoever doubts their Kufr or tries to avoid calling them as Kafirs, they themselves become Kafir, and there is no hesitation in this as there is someone who tries to overthrow the religion and are rejecting the compulsory aspects of Islam to which all Muslims are united. So in Islam their names and presence should not exist as it should be made clear to all illiterate and completely illiterate persons."

Mufti Muhammad Jamaal bin Muhammad Hussain states: "After Hamd and Salaat, I have read these wicked wanderers' statements who are now present in Jind (India)and that text is proof of these people being apostates, which has completely disgraced them and may Allah disgrace Gulam ahmed Qadyani and Rashid Ahmed Gangohi and Khalil Ahmed Ambethwi and Ashraf Ali Thanvi etc. who are open infidels and apostates. May Allah bless and honour Hazrat Maulvi Ahmed raza Khan and be pleased with him who has performed Farz-e-Kifaya (collective Compulsory act).

Allama Mufti Saeed Abul Hussain Marzuki states:
"… and of course Tibrani reports that Hazrat Anas (radiAllahu anhu) has narrated that "RasoolAllah (Sallalahu alaihi wasallam) has said that Allah Ta'aala keeps all Bud Mazhab people from performing Tauba until they leave their Bud Mazhab (wrong sect)" and Ibne Majah reports that Hazrat Abdullah ibne Abbas (radiAllahu anhu) narrates that the Holy Prophet (Sallalahu alaihi wasallam) has said that "Allah does not accept any deed performed by a Bud Mazhabi until he leaves his Bud Mazhab." Ibne Majah also reports that Hazrat Hufaiza (RadiAllahu Anhu) narrates a Hadith that the Holy Prophet (Sallalahu alaihi wasallam) has said that Allah Ta'a ala does not accept anything from a Bud-Mazhabi, not their Roza, not Namaaz, nor Zakaat, nor Hajj nor Umrah nor Kihad nor any compulsory act ot voluntary act and they come out of Islam like a haid is pulled out of some flour."[Hassaamul Harmain. Pages 59/60]
The Teacher of Masjid-e-Nabwi Shareef, Sheikh Abdul Qadar Taufeeq states:
"All praise to the one Allah and Durood and Salaam to he who there is no Prophet after and to his family and followers and their Hamd and Salat as to which has been proven that relates to him (Holy Prophet sallalahu alaihi wasallam) that Gulam Ahmed Qadyani and Qassim Nanotwi and Rashid Ahmed Gangohi and Khalil Ahmed Ambethwi and Ashraf Ali Thanvi and those who are with them and all those who have been mentioned in the question, then of course this is an order of KUFR to them and the order which is given to all apostates, meaning to give them the sentence of death the go ahead and if this cannot be performed there, then it is necessary for Muslims to stay away from them and look at them with hatred on mimbars in mosques and in books and in groups etc. so that in the hope their intentions are burnt and their Kufr is openly known in the fear that their deceit does not com into the Islamic world."

WARNING!

Readers are requested to note that, in view of the Fatwa, by not only leading Imaams and Islamic Jurists of Harmain Shareef,
they MUST NOT DOUBT THE KUFR of these Maulvis of Deoband, otherwise they are exposing THEIR OWN IMAAN TO DANGER!
Similar fatwa have been given by 'Ulamaa through the ages in similar cases together with the danger of disbelief in Islam for those doubting the fatwa.
People are aware and accept Kufr fatwa on Gulan Ahmed Qadyani. It must be remembered that he is only one of the five named in the Fatwa.
The other four (4)are Deobandi/Tableeghi leaders and founders. Therefore anybody who still has beliefs in these Maulvis is risking his own Imaan. Any person with a neutral attitude, after reading this fatwa and what thes e Maulvis have written would definately have to accept that these Jamaats are wrong and the only correct and proper religion of Islam is that followed by the Ahle Sunnat wal Jamaat, who have unconditional love for Allah and his beloved Prophet Muhammad Sallalahu alaihi wasallam. May Allah guide us on the right path. Aameen.
